What is De-TURF?

 

 

De-TURF is a new and exciting dance fitness workout with a BIG difference. Our workshops will get you throwing, catching, tapping, bouncing, passing, kicking and making rhythms with easy-to-use P.E / SPORTS equipment. De-TURF incorporates Bean Bags, Balls, Hula Hoops, Rackets and Focus Pads.
